SPRING IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER AND THE INFESTATION OF BUGS AND INSECTS WILL SOON BE ON EVERY WALL.

In the Summer/Spring as a Turnberry renter you will have to share your apartment with countless SPIDERS, BEATLES, AND HUNDREDS OF INSECTS also known as SILVER FISH. These Silver Fish will be found on your walls, ceilings, in your kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets, on your clothes and in your closets.
So if you don't like bugs or insects (or as the office refers to them as itsy bitsy guests) don't rent at Turnberry Place where you'll have to pay close to $1,000 a month to share your apartment with slimy insects.
During the Summer and Spring I estimate killing over 500 last year...no joke.
Yes, Turnberry does have a free exterminator who visits the complex upon request. However, if you were paid annually to spray an apartment complex for bugs would you (A.) Want to solve the problem one time, get paid, and never return until next year' Or (B.), (C.) and (D.) Casually* spray an apartment with an insecticide that barely does the job, only to insure long-term business each month'
*I was lucky enough to watch the bug man spray one day during my vacation, and all he did was spray near the kitchen and shower faucets. That s it, no where else. The bugs always return no matter what they spray.
Take it from me, the bugs are here to stay and I am running away from this place as soon as my contract expires.
