PAPER THIN WALLS, FLOORS, AND CEILINGS!!!! BUY OR RENT A HOUSE...TURNBERRY PLACE IS TOO NOISY PARENTS WIH BABIES AND CHILDREN BEWARE!!!!

APPEARANCE APARTMENTS (Yes, the apartments are picture perfect and they are the closest thing to a town home/condo for the money. Although, the walls like all apartments are paper thin, the windows leak year round, and the ceilings are as thick as the walls. You will hear every television show, movie, song, conversation, cough, sneeze, and you know what, toilet flushed, toilet lid slammed, fight, scream, laugh, dog bark, cabinet slam, footstep, snore, alarm clock, bar of soap dropped, washer and dryer, dishwasher, people walking up and down stairs, remote fall of the bed, and the smell of cigarette smoke through the vents in the neighboring apartments...no matter what floor or building you live in.

Don't be fooled, by it's appearance, take it from me...apartment life is hell...you can't control your neighbors, and the Turnberry Place staff ONLY cares about controlling rent collection.

I don't. Someone this hypersensitive needs to live in a house. I would have to turn everything off and sit in absolute quiet to hear all the things you are listing...and even then, I don't think I would hear coughing unless they were really loud and right next to me. If you are considering living here, have a look at the floor plans...someone was brilliant enough to design the bedrooms so they are secluded away from your neighbor's living room TV, stereo, bathrooms, and even other bedrooms. The only thing you will hear in the master bedroom is someone occasionally coming up the stairs. I love it here, and I have lived here for three years.
