I was saddened and shocked to see such a low rating for Turnberry Place on this site. I have lived here for three years in two different apartments, and I am getting ready to move into a third. I looked long and hard this time so that I could move closer to my church, but I am telling you, NO ONE has the quality apartments that this property does. I ended up losing my deposit on an apartment because I couldn't bear to leave Turnberry. Drive around the complex any day during working hours, especially the morning. A TEAM of employees will be driving around making sure the grounds are immaculate...and one look will tell you they are. Every Tuesday, a crew of lawn care workers are busy trimming and mowing and beautiful flowering plants are continually being planted for each season. Any maintenance problems, even down to changing a lock or installing a fan are immediately responded to, usually within a day. I had the police knock on my door early one morning and ask me to remove wind chimes. This was awkward for me, but an excellent reminder of how the apartments have a no tolerance policy for noise. If anyone is excessively noisy, one call to the office will take care of the problem immediately. The windows are huge, the ceilings are high, so all apartments are have a light a spacious feel. As far as thin walls, yes they are thin. This is not a house. If someone starts screaming or slamming doors or playing their music loud, yes, you will hear it. Tell me where you can live in any other apartment where you don't. And again, all it takes is one call, and the problem is solved. I know because I have called about noise 2 times myself. The staff are sweet and always respectful. There was a misunderstanding about the apartment I was supposed to move into, but they were able to help me and clear it up. As far as I am concerned, somebody must have had a grudge for some reason and has made multiple negative entries somehow. This place deserves an A plus and NOTHING else but. I urge you to ignore the bad review and come visit here. Just stop anyone walking around the parking lot. We all love it here...at least everyone I know.

Do not believe this! This person probably works for the apartment complex and will not give hard working people the truth about this place. No issues are ever resolved here. The rent is not equivalent to the quality of the apartment. Save your money and your sanity. Don't move here!

My name is Anita Anderson and I do NOT work for the apartments and I never have. I certainly don't appreciate my sincere review being discredited. As I said before, just walk around, look at the quality of maintenance on the outside and then ask anyone you see in the parking lot if they like it here...I always do that anyway when I look for apartments. I am very certain you will get a good response and you can ignore all the games going on this site.
