Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I was refused full refund of my deposit because I failed to report a ceiling leak in the bathroom which caused water damage. The leak came from an upstair apartment. When I called to discuss with the management they hung up on me and would not answer my return calls. This is only one of the problems I have had!

Watch out for their large cancellation charges!
