I have lived at Vanderbilt for 2 years now and I love it! I was told about this website from a friend and thought that I would go on to check it out. I have been reading about where I live and thought that some of the entries were humorous. I have lived at Vanderbilt for the last couple of years and plan to sign another lease. The office people are always friendly and the maintenance is quick to respond if I need them. I have good neighbors and I believe me, I have lived where I didn't. I would have to say that unlike the last review, Vanderbilt is a lot better insulated than anywhere else I have lived. I seldom hear a peep out of my neighbors. You also can't beat the location. They did just renovate the outside and the inside of my apartment is beautiful. I love it here! I would and do recommend Vanderbilt to everyone that I know looking for a place.
