I have at Vanderbilt for 2 years and just renewed my lease for 1 more. Great place to rent from, I have never had any problems with maintenance coming out to fix any problems. I believe I have only called twice in 2 years, and problems where quickly resolved without issue. I would totally recommend living here!!! From the pool to the tennis courts and from my understanding a soon to be work-out facility I cannot say anything bad about living here.
