I've lived in a LOT of different apartments over the years, and Vanderbilt is far and away the best living experience I've had. Fantastic location--close to everything! Quiet at night-you'd think otherwise at the corner of Spencer & Mexico, but I've been living within sight of the McDonald's, and it really is quiet at night. I never hear my neighbors. The maintenance crew is very courteous, professional and quick to respond to all requests. The grounds are very well-kept, and nice year-round. The pool is also very nice! There are always events going on to keep active and participate, if you so choose. The staff at the office is unbelievable--the BEST staff I've ever encountered at ANY apartment complex I've ever lived at!!! The rent is very reasonable, and I'm still trying to figure out why they don't charge more--they could easily charge more, and it would most certainly be justified! Friendly neighbors are an added bonus, and the whole time I've been here, there is at least one St. Peters police office that I know of who lives on the property. I know it probably sounds like I work here or something, but I'm just extremely impressed with every aspect of living here. I can't say enough good about Vanderbilt apartments! I would recommend living here to anyone--and I did--I referred people to live here, and I feel good about having made a good recommendation!
