Overpriced for poor construction quality; cheap rugs, fixtures, etc.; poor maintainance... it's near the end of May when writing this and they've only cut the grass once. It's knee high!

This place will be a dump within five years.

Good for St. Robert area, unfortunately.

Obvious that the person was disgruntle and in the community when it was just getting started. I can assure the things have gotten allot better since then
