Very dirty upon move in. Fixtures falling apart all over apartment. Rules not enforced when they need to be. Had to buy cleaning supplies and scrub the place from top to bottom before we could bring anything in.Poorly constructed and managed. We are very dissapointed and hope that management cleans up their act or else they will lose bussiness! Word gets out fast. Play area not big enough for kids to play and too close to residents cars. I really don't reccomend this place for family living.

This doesnt sound like the same place I lived. I think maybe this person just had a bad experience. I have 4 other friends living here and we are all happy with the apartments and the service is always great!

Obviously,someone did not do their homework. If you think this is overpriced then you should have checked around before you purchase. Being uninformed is a sign of being uneducated in the surroundings of an area.However, I do hear that it is nice in virtual reality,maybe that can work for you.

It doesn't matter if you do your homework or not with this place. IT IS NOT FOR FAMILY LIVING!!!!!!! It is for single people with NO KIDS. If you live here with children you will be afraid they will get run over by people who are careless and go way over the posted speed limit. They market this place to people with kids with a pool and a horribly unsafe play area. You may like it at first but trust me it is not worth the aggraviation to live here and worry about your car getting dented up by kids who live there but the parents are never around. Oh, and you also get plenty strangers wandering in from the numerous hotels that surround Oak Point when they walk over to Wal-Mart. The places are built cheaply and they are understaffed. Anyone whom I have talked with that lived here hated it and felt misinformed after they moved in. When we moved in my bath tub was brown from somone else's filth, it was supposed to be white. I HAD TO CLEAN IT!!! Everyone I knew who lived here moved out because they where unhappy and now live in a safer neighborhood. (they all have kids)Some even broke their lease. You can find a better NEW apartment in the area or even a town home with a yard for the kids to play in. I will do the home work for you and tell you to look elsewhere.
