Although the apartment was very clean upon move in, it smelled bad. Tile floors are old and cheap and brown. Old appliances. Maintenence is very prompt and nice considering there is only one maintenence person for every apartment. If you are planning on having a kitchen table in this place...forget it. Most residents have to use thier 3rd downstairs bedroom for a dining room. Rooms are very small. The pictures are misleading on the website. At night you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside and since it's close to a highway and hotels are literally in your backyard, forget about getting a peaceful nights sleep. Spend the extra hundred dollars and move into a condo/duplex in Saint Robert. I am very very disapointed and can't wait until my lease is up.
