Anyone can see the new management company is trying real hard to make things better.

When I moved in it was a great deal. I somewhat overlooked the trash everywhere because I got a great deal. They have somewhat addressed that issue. It's not a park like setting, but its no longer a dump.

The maintanance guys seem alot better. They really try to fix things right the first time instead of trying to make excuses of why it couldn't be fixed.

The people in the office have changed alot to. Tammy is the best. She always tries to work with you. On the other hand Brian is rude.

Considering they are now remodeling the office I am wondering how high they are going to jack my rent' Someone has to pay for it right' That will be the deciding factor when I am asked to sign a new lease.
