Maintenance Leaves Much to be Desired!

Overall, this is an okay place to live.
However, don't count on getting your AC fixed on the weekend, and there is no airflow with open doors and full fans on. The problem is so rampant that the maintenance crew carry tanks of refrigerant with them everywhere they go.
Also, they don't open the pool until 11 on weekdays, and 10 on weekends. On top of that, the punk kids that they require as lifeguards are often late, and sometimes leave early.
The Fitness Center has an eliptical that has been broken (making a loud annoying noise) for over 6 months, and the Universal Gym simply needs some WD-40, but they won't do that.
So, overall, for the price and location, it is "okay", but when you pay this much, you want the ammenities to function superbly.
