Raised rent 3 times in 3 years!!!

When I moved in here 3 years ago, I thought the place was a bit pricey for what you got. And now, for 3 years in a row, they've raised the rent 10 bucks. And for what' A pool, workout room, and a tiny dog park. Whoopee. Every time the furnace or air conditioner comes on in my apartment they're so loud I have to pump up the volume on my TV. I have holes in the screens that management has never fixed. I have never lived in a place that raised rent 3 times in as many years! And this is freaking VALLEY PARK!!!! I can't wait to move out of here.
