Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006

The apartment I lived in had a mice which lived with us for about the same time. The management did not do put genuine effort to catch it. While renting my apartment was not painted, though I painted it twice during the time I stayed there - no credit for that was given. The cabinets are old and drawers does not close properly. According to the management life expectancy of an apartment is 96 months - 8 yrs. So don't be surprised to find old carpet if you move in after carpet is 5 yrs old.
