Quiet, responsive mgmt

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
We are satisfied with the apartment for the price. We have had quite a few things break (washer, dryer, doorknob, exhaust fan) but management has been pretty quick to respond on all occasions. We have neighbors on 3 sides, and rarely hear any of them. Fitness center is about as big as our bathroom, so don't move here for that. Overall we would recommend for the price.
