I'm very happy. It's a bit overpriced, but the staff is spectacular; the neighbors are nice, there is PLENTY of parking... you could do FAR FAR worse in the St. Louis area (and I have).

Pretty Nice My family and I have lived in the Park Commons Apartments since July of last year and we like living here. The management is very courteous and accomodating. We live on the top floor and have a fireplace and they supply the firewood for free. The only thing I have to complain about

No Problems We are moving out due to a relocation after living here for just over a year. We didn't have any problems. When something went wrong with our apartment, it was taken care of the next day. Parking was an issue before they added more spots, but haven't had any issues.

Quiet, responsive mgmt We are satisfied with the apartment for the price. We have had quite a few things break (washer, dryer, doorknob, exhaust fan) but management has been pretty quick to respond on all occasions. We have neighbors on 3 sides, and rarely hear any of them.

Pam is so sweet! My husband and I lived at park commons and I just have to say how wonderful and helpful Pam was to us. She was always so friendly and willing to chat with us. Pam made us feel very welcome while we stayed at this wonderful community. We'll miss Pam very much!

Great Place I have lived in Park Commons for 2years now and have loved it here. The staff onhand has been nothing but helpful and timely with all of my needs as a resident. As to the parking comments I have never had an issue, and now that they jusst added 20 more spaces I could not see
