Great apartment! I've lived at Forest Woods for a year now. I love it! The updates in the kitchen and bathrooms look really nice. Better than any other apartment I've seen in the area. The carpet is good quality unlike the cheap flooring most have. The neighborhood is well landscaped too.

AC not working The air conditioning units are rusty and old and need to be replaced. Our AC isn't working although they've tried to fix it before. This place is ridiculous. They charge an arm and a leg, calling these units luxury units. Not having AC in the summer IS NOT A LUXURY.
