These apartments were constructed in only 2 months and built very cheap! Walls extra thin and no sound proofing. Its very expensive $465 per person! And you rent by the room. So... If a 2 person was to rent a2 bedroom here it total over $900! You can rent a duplex for only $600! The apartment manager is also very rude and they try to charge you for other peoples trash outside the apartment. This is just like a dorm! Not an apartment. They also have rats around the apartments! I Do not recommend.

Just to let people know, Collegiate Station can not charge you for "excessive trash" left outside. The person above who paid that is stupid for paying it because they cant charge you for that. For one, they have to prove that you did it or see you litter. I think collegiate station just likes charging people. I talked to a former apt manager who sued collegiate station and they said they told him various ways to charge tenants and tenants will actually pay it! Because as college students out parents will just pay it. But thats not true. If you live here at collegiate and if Dorothy tries to five you a bogus fine, DONT PAY IT! They cant do anything about it. Once my lease ends in the spring I dont plan on renewing.

This is from a disgruntled resident that had to pay for his excessive trash that he put outside and this resident thought it would be funny to let a hamster loose on the property. Collegiate Station does not have a "rat" problem and the property was absolutely not built in 2 mths. If it had been built in 2 mths it would have been a record. Collegiate Station is a great place to live and by far the nicest place to live in Warrensburg!
