Not that great, too expensive

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived here for over a year. I had so many problems (big mice problem, appliances breaking, noisy) there and was finally glad to leave.
The manager was a real pain to deal with. She was either never there, or never had answers.
They raised the rental price on us and didn?t inform us until we were ready to sit down and renew the contract.
Parking was always bad, only one spot per apartment, and with 3 of us living there we had to park far.
The pool was a nice feature, but was always flooded with kids from other neighborhoods, not from Meadowbrook. It was also closed a lot due to problems (alge, etc.).
We also had our bbq grill stolen from our patio!!
