I am a resident of Meadowbrook and it is a nice place to live however it is pricey. It is located in a college town but the only apartment complex that comes with a work out room and a pool. However the pool is normally flooded with kids from other neighborhoods. The price for a two bedroom recently was raised from 600.00 to 615.00. The parking is a pain. Everyone parks in the no parking zones so it is a bother for residents to get out. We were promised to have our patio cleaned from the mold but that never happened. We moved into a newly remodeled and the floor has a gash in it and there are nails sticking out from the carpet. Our heater makes loud noise at night and often you have to hit it with a screw driver to make it shut up. We have told the manager about our concerns but we still have not see results. Our lease is up soon and we will probably not re-sign it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
