I used to reside in an apartment there and I would have to agree that the rental rate is a little steep. I have not had many big problems except the manager is somewhat hypocritcial. She says one thing but then turns back on her word. She posts signs about picking up after your dog however the rules don't apply for everyone. It is pretty obvious she plays her favorites. Most occupants are military however you can find a nicer, cheaper house for rent around the area. The pool is a nice touch however it is often filled with college kids that stay during the summer and neighborhood children. They have hours for "adult swim" but you will find that many people bring along their party buddies to have some fun. We had assigned parking however that got taken away from us because of police being called. You can't get anything fixed over the summer unless it is immediate repairs due to the handyman "flipping" apartments. You don't pay for gas or water but you make that cost up in doing laundry on site. The laundry facility is outrageous and you would be wiser to use the laundry mats around the area. I am able to hear the occupants below us as they have frequent parties but the noise is quiet minimal.
