I moved into Peine a month ago and I love it. It has been a great experience. I have never met such a great group of girls in the office before. Thet were all great when I moved in and during the approval process as well.

i think this is probably the funniest review on here considering it was written by the office staff.....seeing as how they compliment the office girls twice and everyone else hates them including me ...if that place burned to the ground I would laugh and dance on the ashes....plus you can not move in during the approval process anyways....everything is perfect? safety cars being broken into and warrants being served at least once every two months....maitenance ...wow they go thru the guys quick for a reason....noise...you can hear the people above me walk talk and take a ----....so i agree there is ALOT OF NOISE....DO NOT MOVE IN HERE ITS SECTION 8 AND ALL OF THE KATRINA REFUGEES

Actually I am a resident here at Peine and it sounds to me that who ever you are seems to be a very miserable person. It is not section 8 because if it was are you on section 8? considering you live here as well. I also never said anything about moving in during approval process I said the staff was nice through it all. As far as Katrina refugees maybe you should stop and realize that they went through alot during that time, they are people just like you. I hope nothing tragic ever happens to you.

I agree with hynes57 and if you are not aware this property is low income housing. What kind of screening is done to get the people approved? Who knows since there are so many issues here. Bonnie22 you are obviously one of the very few that the girls in the office like or you would be saying the same thing as everyone else on this site. Good luck!

This property is low income but that is not the problem I have. I have a issue with the rude girls in the office.. All are rude and the owner needs to know because this place I would not recommend anyone to move here I can't wait until my lease is up! The walls are paper thin..

It is a great experience to live here and I will recommend this place to everyone I feel are decent, well deserved people.
