i called about renting apartment at the peine lakes and was told no i did not meet their standers .but then two days later a lady ANN said i was approved and i told her i just signed a month to month lease the day before but still wanted to rent a apartment their in jan. she told me to come ,in when i could so a couple of days later. i went there and your ass. manager said no i was no approved she had a real bad attitude toward me for what reason unknown to me i did nothing for her to act they way toward me. your people in the office need to get there stuff straighten out .SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!FOR lead people on when you should be honest with them on the phone so they dont waist time dealing with you.I WILL BE SURE TO LET ANYONE I KNOW NOT TO RENT FROM YOU

in 2006 the same thing happened to me except i had already given my 30 days notice to my current landlord and 2 weeks later peine lakes called me and said i was not approved. i had 15 days to find another place to live. thankfully, my landlord had not yet re-rented my apartment, so i was able to lease monthly until i could find something else. i would have hoped that by now they would have either been fired or gotten nicer, but i see nothing has changed. shame on them from me too!!!

Maybe everyone should give management ALL the info when calling so your time will not be wasted. Management seems to get blamed for doing their job. I am a resident at Peine and I told them the truth from my 1st contact with them and I have never had to deal with a attitude problem.

its too bad that last comment from babbygirl sounds soo scripted... like a comment from the tenants of this place designed to cyoa... its bad when you have to go on here personally to defend yourself and your product.. heres an idea? deliver a better product and service with a smile. we all work and you might as well be happy whilst you do so

I rented an apt. in 2006 and was TRUTHFUL, and had a CLEAN record, and had Absolutely no problems getting our application approved and within the time requested, and even moved in 2 weeks early due to the Mold and raw sewage, we had at Casalon Apt. in O'Fallon, Missouri. I couldn't wait to move in, and have been EXTREMELY HAPPY, Ever Since!!!Kerry
