The property is absolutely beautiful! Although we did not even get a chance to look inside the property after driving an half an hour to get their due to overqualifying (making too much). We were not even allowed to tour the grounds, per the leasing agent telling us we were not due to not qualifying. I do not want to get in trouble for using defamatory language, but the leasing agent was extremly RUDE!! Wish I could say more. As soon as we walked in, she paid no attention to us, then casually took her time to look up at us. Could we possibly get a smile or a nice hello'' NO! When she finally looks at us with disgust( Mind you I am a college graduate from Saint Louis University), she simply states YES'! Not a nice calming hello yes, but a yes like what are you doing here, like it was not her job to lease the apartments at the location. She then ushers us off to the table in the other room and gives us the pre-qual bs (which is fine, if that's the company rules). She was not friendly nor was she helpful. She was rude and full of a negative attitude. I do not understand why she even worked there or how she even was hired. She is an absolute disgrace to your leasing office and company! After meeting this lady, I would not even want to rent in this property even if I would have qualified under the low income brackets they offered due to the tax credits the investors used to build the property.

Kerry, I think you completely overlooked the basis of my review. I was simply trying to get through to others that the young lady that was working that day was extremely RUDE, from the time we walked in, to the time we left. ..Based on some of the other reviews from others, I am certainly not the only one that feels this way. I am only speaking for my own personal experiences with the staff at the property, which was unacceptable for any level of customer service. So, its not the girls, my azz. Clearly, you were'nt there, so there's no reason you should be telling ME, if it was the girls or not! I am telling you, from my eyes and the eyes of the 3 other people that were there with me. I own my own house (BUILT) and I am only 22 and I have NEVER in my life experienced such rudeness at this location. The apartment was not even for me, as I was trying to help a friend look for places to live that were affordable. Oh and for your information, she would have qualified with her new job, as she was going to take a pay cut to move closer to her family out here. But, due to the lady being inconsiderate and RUDE, she certainly did NOT try everything she could to get her qualified nor did she take into consideration our condition from driving across St. Louis and St. Charles' counties to get to the location. You know how expensive gas was over the summer, C'mon I think we both would agree the least she could have done was show the apt...PS, I have no children but I do have many friends within the area and I will MAKE sure they and anyone else know how RUDE the staff was at this location!

How RUDE and Nasty, as These girls are sweet and will do anything they can to try to get you qualified, but if you earn too much money, this is the LAW under HUD Session 8 Housing, its not the girls. Knowing you did not qualify, just why should they show you the property, as you wouldn't be a future Resident anyway, unless you were looking, for your children. Kerry
