Don't go to there. It is almost as bad as Hidden Valley. While searching the Sex Offender list in St. Charles, I found a sex offender living in my builing. I called the Sheriff's Dept to ask if they management knew about this and was told the deputy came out and informed them of this. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Peine Lakes Apartments was aware of the situation. We were working with the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department as soon as it was brought to our attention and the situation has been resolved for some time now. Peine Lakes does not tolerate or permit sex offenders on our property. If you have any further questions feel free to contact the Leasing Office....636-332-8570. Thank you, Peine Staff

No way would any sex offenders be allowed to live here I know this for a fact.If you live here and you BRING in someone THAT THE OFFICE has not checked out, then WHO IS THE PROBLEM????????? Open your EYES !!!!!!!! Theres, no one that would ever be allowed to live here as a resident with any type of evictions, this is why you have a complete background check. Get your facts stright.
