The Maintenance man (Victor) is an absolute jewel. His attitude is very Positive, his
depth of knowledge is outstanding. I have not run across any problem that he could not fix in a very timely and professional manner. The response to a service request, although prioritized by severity, is remarkable. The only thing in addition I'd like to say is that the Pass Pointe managment should be given a "grate well done" for acquireing Victor.

This place really blows. Don't waste your time and money. It's nice of the office staff to write such nice things about their employees and make it look like someone who lives here wrote it. Go somewhere else. If you come here you will be really miserable. I can't wait until my lease is up in Feb so I can get the heck out of here.
