Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We signed a move in special that put the apartments in our price range and was promised by the property manager that if we resigned our lease in 14 months, we would get the exact same deal. Well, it turns out that they are liars. So our rent jumped up over $100. On top of that, the walls are paper thin. We can hear the guy behind us snoring and the kid upstairs doesn't sleep...just jumps up and down or throws tantrums all day. I highly recommend not moving into the "apartments."
