I would love to start off by saying, these people are scandles. My wife and I lived in the apartments for exactly 11 months and two days, right at the mark, about 5 months in we had reported 7 to 8 leak problems 0 which were fixed. The area of the leak turned into black mold, we told them about it and they said they would fix it...they did not...in the six month, we found a dead mouse in our pantry, we thought maybe we brought it in or something, needless to say we did not and I personally through the next two months killed about 15 to 16 mice, the resisdents below me killed 4 or 5. Between the Black mold and the MICE we thought we should move, Windsor lake told us we could but we would have to continue to pay rent, about the mice they did nothing but give me traps....Finally when we moved they charged us a 65$ (you didnt stay for a year fee). It took them 2 months to mail me my deposit, which I had to contact a lawyer to receive...Do not rent or live in the place....Oh, illegals are all over the premise....NOT SAFE

I live in the same building as this resident. The mouse problem was their fault. They were dirty and let the mice build a nest in their home, this caused problems all around. The reason for their early departure was for a job relocation not mice or mold. This man is a lier and cheat and I will not stand for someone to spread false rumors about my home. Windsor Lake is a very safe and clean place to live.

Mice are everywhere!!! We found some in our bathroom!!!! We to had mold all around our windows. this place is trashy!! Oh, management sucks is an understatement............Their horrible!!!! Dont answer phone calls nor will they call you back.

So true!!! Management sucks!! I called the head manager and I have yet to receive a phone call!!!

i have to say that the mold issue is true, but I haven't seen any mice yet. eek I'm scared now. I came back from vacation to a smell of dirty wet mildew and called maintence to report the A/C leak. Well they came 3 days later and lifted the carpet and stuck a fan under it and told me to leave it for a day to dry out. The whole day the fan was stinking up the whole place and we had to stay out of the house the whole day. The next day they took out the fan and the carpet still smelled and it was wet in the nursery. I called to complain of mold and the dangers having a baby in the house so they came in an cut a square of wet carpet out and left without replacing the carpet! I am not satified either with these apts and i wouldn't recommend it for the price.
