A lot of perks but a lot of downfalls as well. The golf course is nice and fun. They have a pool table and tanning beds for the residents to use. However, office staff is awful. They never seemed to help anytime I called. Even when moving out I couldn't get in touch with anyone to let them know I was moving, then I got charged extra because they didn't have notice of me moving out. Maintenance was absolutely no help. The apartments are poorly built. I loved it for the first 6 months then it seemed to get worse and worse... I was glad to get out of there.
