goodmorning staff,
I am submittimg this email because new tenants have moved into a building across from building 43 their side of the building faces the picnic area,and they partied all night last night outside drinking and smoking marijuana. These guys where extremly loud and disrespectful, their where about seven of them. I know you dont have much to go on with who they are but they recently moved over here and they are black males. Please let them know this is a quiet community and we don't hang outside.

That sounds just like the thugs that were there when I lived there. I'm glad I got out.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I've lived in apartment complexes and neighborhoods where the thugs were WHITE. Being trashy knows no color boundaries; it's just sad that a lot of people in this state seem to think that if your skin is a shade darker, you're automatically a "thug."

Whoever you are....you sound pretty predjudice. If these so called thugs were creating that much of a riot maybe u should have called the police or someone who may have been able to help out the situation. And had u been sleep already and not peeping out ur window...it probably wouldnt have disturbed u so much. Get a life....and grow out of ur obvious racist ways...

Any apartment can have bad tennents. Talk to Beth - I had an issue with noise and she took care of it big time.
