Air Conditioning!

I enjoyed most things about this complex, EXCEPT NOT HAVING AC! The units aren't large enough for the 3 bedroom apartments so the master bedroom gets no air. We complained so often about it and the management lied to us telling people had been in the apartment and repaired it and they never showed up. Everything else though was good, we had good neighbors and general maintenence was good. It was a clean complex and we felt safe.
