I thought living here, after a foreclosure, was the best Clinton had to offer. Not! The office staff is so wishy washy. I came in Sept 2007. As of today, March 2009, there have been several changes in staff. This crew now seems to have no clue of how to manage a complex of this size. Seems like they make up rules as they go. They're good about putting notes on your door but can't respond to any of your requests. I once got an eviction letter (note on door one Saturday evening)when the rent wasn't late. The note came 1 week after rent was paid...on time! Went to the office and was told, "Oh, the Manager made a mistake. Lots of people got these from an error on the computer". What the heck! Now, today, I'm told that if my water bill is late and over $50, that I have to pay a late fee that's 10% of my rent. That's $104.90!!! This was effective March 2009. But they never told it. Why not a % of the water bill'' Mandy is tripping. They claimed to do inspections for 2 days first of March, I hadnt seen any signs of them yet.
Problems: There are too many college kids in the complex. You got up to six people living in a 3 bedroom. Up all night! There's trash all over the place, all the time. No parking. No luxury amenities (as they claim). This place is a mess. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
