They do not post money in a timely manner to your account and charge 10% charge to your rent. $1300 balance on my account BEFORE I paid this month's rent and I still paid and paid on time and 7pm Sunday evening I received an Eviction notice. The new manager is trying to find ways to squeeze money out of renters by fining them for parking their cars too far up in the parking space. Also the lock on my patio door was broken and the WIND was able to blow my door open, I notified management to get it resolved asap because my apartment would be insecure, I was told it would be 4 days before they would get someone to fix it...this is just unacceptable.
