Air Conditioning! I enjoyed most things about this complex, EXCEPT NOT HAVING AC! The units aren't large enough for the 3 bedroom apartments so the master bedroom gets no air. We complained so often about it and the management lied to us telling people had been in the apartment and repaired

Best in Clinton I moved to the Reserve in August and have had no regrets. Although the rent is a bit pricey (I pay $1084 for a three bedroom), everything else makes it worth it. My apartment is large and has great amentities like a large balcony, a wood burning fireplace, and a utility

Overpriced and run by thieves These apartments are way overpriced. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything said outside or in other units. There is no insulation so your AC or heater runs all of the time. On top of that the heaters will not work when the temp outside drops below
