I dont live at Ashford place however i lived in brandon at one of the other "premier locations" Bridewater. The rent is ridicuously high,the space is great but the floors are so thin its insane. I can hear my neighbors walk through their apt all times of the, actually i can tell you everything they are doing. I have complained yet am told "Some noise is allowed." Thats only the tip of the icing when it rains guess what it rains in my apt as well. I have complained, they have patched and the problem is still not resolved. Grounding keeping suck trash is inevitable and talk about attitudes, ha.

Ashford Place needs to change its management.They claim to be a kid friendly complex but the management is always restricting what the kids can do and the areas to play .This is not a family friendly complex and the rents are high compared to what you will get in return.Dont be a big sports fan,because having people over for the big game is out.If you can pay this rent here then you can rent a house for the same dime.Dont take my word on this,drive in on a friday or sat nite and you will hear nothing.....no life,no youth,...do you know why???.....The management put everyone on a time out !!!!!

Yeah It is quiet! And that is the GREATEST thing about the place.. In the day time kids are out riding there bikes and families are playing in the pool. But at night.. It is quiet and all of the families are inside not causing problems.. It is a great place to live! The management was friendly and they remember me every time I come in to talk to them... It is completely perfect for a small family.. My friends come over all the time.. we stay inside or on the porch.. and we are respectful of our neighbors (we get a little loud sometimes) but nobody has ever complained nor has management ever said anything to us... I love this place.. yeah rent is a little high.. but it totally worth it..
