I hate it here.

The upstairs neighbors have several dogs that have a stampede back and forth from the front to the back of the apartment on a nightly basis. I have complained to the management about this noise problem, but they will do absolutely nothing about it.

There is also a trash problem around my building. People throw beer cans, cigarette butts, etc. everywhere and the maintenance staff never cleans it up. After the shrubs were chopped off recently, I submitted a request for the trash to be removed from the shrubs. Nothing was ever done.

I'm also tired of the piles of dog poop everywhere. The complex has a policy about picking up dog poop, but it is obviously not enforced.

I can't wait until my lease is up and I will be out of here.

If you like hearing dogs bark and run around above you 24 hours a day; if you like seeing trash everywhere; if you like seeing and smelling dog poop on the way to your car, then Reflection Pointe is the place for you.....otherwise avoid this place. You will be glad you did.
