There are other apts. in the Flowood area which should be considered instead of these. Some managers are rude and information and regulations given at time of occupancy are misleading, or not followed through as stated. The apartments are not well insulated and are very noisy. Management did nothing about neighbor noise. The grounds are well kept, but maintenance is very slow to respond, and afterhours calls go unanswered. The rent was higher than given on their website. Water costs are higher than they should be. I recommend seeking other apts. in the area.
This complex looks nice on the outside, but quite deceiving.
