i fell in love with reflection pointe the first time i pulled onto the property. the office staff was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently! the grounds are beautiful and the girls in the office are great. i've lived here for 10 months and when i had a problem with my neighbors upstairs they were moved to another apartment downstairs. when my air went out twice this summer they sent me a hand-written apology note! the office staff is very thoughtful and they didn't have to do that...

bottom line: no apartment complex is completely full of happy residents. it's just the grumpy ones who manage to find time to post their problems anonymously instead of getting something done about it.

Bingo! You said it right. There IS a problem with the dog poop, though. Animal owners DO need to be more responsible with their furry friends "end product"! LOL! It can carry the Parvo virus to other animals, so I understand, and that's bad!
