I currently live in Reflection Pointe and have found none of the bad reviews true. The grounds are very well kept. The only noise I hear is the doors being opened and closed (which isn't often). Maybe it has to do with the fact that I live near the front of the property. The office staff is very nice and very helpful. The only negative thing I have to report is the maintenance staff. They forgot one of my work orders and I had to call a second time. I know that they are very understaffed and are doing the best they can. For the amount of people they have working in the main office, I think they are doing a great job. The rent is a little high, but the apartments are so nice. I love the crown molding and the set-up.
