I'm a single female living alone and find Reflection Pointe not only enjoyable, but also extremely safe.
I have lived here one year and have never had a maintenance need go unattended. For issues like a broken air conditioner or possible leak (false alarm!), there was a team of professionals in my apartment within a matter of hours. For lesser issues, I have always had someone in my apartment for repairs within two days.
I have found the management and office team nothing but pleasant and efficient to work with. They have always been honestly interested and/or concerned in the needs of myself and other tenants and seem to try their hardest to accommodate all parties.
One of my favorite aspects of Reflection Pointe is the calm and quiet nature of the entire complex. After a long day at work, it is so nice to come home to a residence where I know outside noise or noise from neighbors will not be an issue.
Living here has surpassed all expectations I had of living in an apartment complex- despite horror stories from friends who chose to live elsewhere!

We have had the complete opposite experience. We have to wait days for them to reply to our requests or don't return calls, so we have to keep calling continuously.
