They were really nice when we first signed up and everything seemed like a dream, until we needed maintenance and speedy help. They never return calls so we have to call over and over till someone picks up, which is seldom. So we end up having to leave work early to get them in at the office. And when we complained about the service, they seemed annoyed.

Well I was annoyed at the service, so I should have been the one who seemed annoyed :)
