Initially, the place seems great! Nice grounds, a pond, 2 pools. But 1st, rent for a small studio is 685, not including about $15 extra for water, trash and bug service, which in my opinion, the latter 2 should be included in the rent price. And oh, the bug people don't come spray your apt unless you ASK them to. They don't tell you that. And when questioned on why I pay for that service then since my apt hasn't been treated, they say it's for the outside. And forgot to mention the $250 application and "processing fee," which is more than any apt I looked at in Jackson.
Following this, there were SEVERAL maintenance issues which were all done incorrectly, from a rusted disposal and water spraying all over my floor to spray painting ALL thr cabinets and walls when re-doing the countertops to rusted out washer hook-ups. The guys are really nice and prompt when you call after hours, but for some reason it's not done right the 1st, or second, time. It took 5 tries and me showing them that my mailbox key didn't work before the problem was fixed.
The girls at the front are nice and they will let people into your apt if you are at work. But NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and they RARELY call you back when you leave a message or email! Very frustrating to have to go down to the office every time you need something. And an aside---no fire extinguishers in the units.
Good location but that's pretty much it.
