I dislike this apt very much. Yes the location is great and from the outside looking in, it's gorgeous... Unitl you move in. Let's see where do I begin. Oh first off I am a guy living alone, when I moved up here they told me there were no one bedrooms available and they would give me a deal on a 2br/1 bath. LIE, first thing the apt next to mine now is a one bedroom and it staid vacant from the time I moved in until 4 months later. My rent was suppose to be 685 a month but every month I am charged 750 dollars! When I first moved in they gave me a checklist of things to inspect and tell them all things wrong with the apt so they could fix them(broken mantle, missing cabinet drawer, leaky sink, crack in the bathtub, broken stove, broken shelfs, loose railings outside. etc) IT'S BEEN 10 MONTHS AND NONE OF THESE HAVE EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT BY MAINTENANCE!!!! I've tried to move out but they said I would have to pay a fee of $1800 to break my contract. There are no light fixtures in any bedrooms so I hope you have lamps if you still decide to move in (they won't tell you that though) Fire place in the apartments don't work. None of the laundry machines work in the laundry facility but there are no out of order signs up. Twice a week I'm woken up by the grounds crew mowing grass at 7 a.m. No one is ever in the office. I highly recommend you find somewhere else!! Only a few more months left on my sentence then I'M OUT!!!
