Nice Place to Live - This is a nice place to live. I have no complaints. The staff is very nice and responsive and I have never had any issue with bad neighbors. It is quiet and the people are great. It is expensive for the amount of space you get but if you can afford it, its worth it. It is hard to find a nice place in Jackson where you do not have to worry about crime. Do not stay here The apartments are small and old. I stayed in a "renovated" one but whoever installed the carpet and tile did a terrible job. My biggest problem was management and the office people. They are nice at first but once you sign that lease they do not care at all about you.

Flood zone beware!! On labor day the parking lot flooded. If the police had not came to inform us that our cars were going under water we would have be sol! Management did nothing about the parking lot being flooded nor sent out an apology. This place is old and a flood hazard!
