A nice place to live, but very expensive....

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Spacious apartments in a quiet complex. Pool, gym, playground. Grounds are landscaped and maintained weekly. Occasional complex activities/parties at clubhouse.



Plan on rent price increases every time you re-new your lease. Starting 2003, tenants must now also pay their own water bills. Heads Up!: Gautier water prices are extremely high.
