Clearing out current residents for big "downtowners"

If you're only going to stay in complex for a year, you're fine; but otherwise, rent increases by at least $130 -$150 with each renewal - no matter if you're signing 6 months or a year. Since the area has just been declared "downtown Gautier" there is no telling how high the rent will go now. Initally, the complex was wonderful - helpful managment, monthly tenant meetings, etc. But ever since Katrina, it seems as if managment's only concern is get out the old tenants so they can bring in the bigger paying tenants. Did I mention they charge you for water and sewage!!!
