I love it here I love living here at magnolia oaks. it is in a great location. it is tucked away and very safe. I would never live anywhere else but here. I love gautier elementary and my son goes there and he loves it.

turn around! I must say I wasn't too sure about these apartments when I first saw the ad, knowning how they use to be. However since new management has taken over I am very pleased! Very quiet and the staff is friendly. They did a lot of cleaning up! They are remodeling all the apartments
