It is a nice small property with a pool and fitness center. The comment about the rent really irks because my rent never went up at all! The even offered discounts for signing a longer lease. The Best Place in Gautier, MS To Live - I am shocked that anyone would have anything bad to say about The Pointe. I lived there from June 2007 to March of 2008 and loved every minute of it. It is a nice small property with a pool and fitness center. The comment about the rent really irks because my rent never went up at all! The even offered discounts for signing a longer lease. A nice place to live, but very expensive.... Spacious apartments in a quiet complex. Pool, gym, playground. Grounds are landscaped and maintained weekly. Occasional complex activities/parties at clubhouse.
