Moved in post hurricane and who hasn't raised prices, but $890 w/s elec for 2b/2b is a bit steep. Dont get me wrong these apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I have had nothing but good to say about the management, always cheerful and helpful, service calls come quick. Good location to main roads shopping and both military bases. nice and respectful residents.
But... dont live by the trash compactor because it is always broke... residents dont know how to break down boxes so trash piles up. did have a flea problem, must keep advantage on pets. must deal with construction noise until repaired.
Overall Good and would recommend.

We have a move in special for the month of April 2007. Rates are: 1 Bedroom-$749, 2 Bedroom-849 and 3 Bedroom $ 949. These are some of the best rates per square foot on the coast. Our apartments are large-1 Bedroom 925 SF, 2 Bedroom-1,277 SF and 3 Bedroom-1,447 SF. Great deals, nows the time to join our community
