The management is slow and unaccomadating. If you say there was a PROBLEM, they would keep telling you they fixed it, or in fact there was no problem....esentially saying that you didn't know what your talking about. The apartments were nice, but the upkeep was very minimal. Neighborhood is 90% great people. The pool was ranked one of the best for the coast, but they must have looked at it right after Katrina, because it really is nothing special. Workout room has some decent equipment, but most of it is broken or missing parts.
