It's not much to look at from the outside, but the layout and design of the apartment itself is the real winner. The apartments have 9 ft ceilings, crown molding, and are larger than most other apartments on the Coast. There is room for full size washer and dryer and the computer nook is a nice addition. Plus, the rent is great for the amount of square footage you get. You will hear your neighbors garbage disposal and their kids upstairs jumping off the couch, but no voices. There is storage on site if you need it. The management team is friendly, effective, and seems to know all of their residents by name. Our apartment faces the neighborhood outside the apartment complex, which is nice when we are sitting on our little patio watching the sunset. My husband got a new job in another state and I can only hope that we find an apartment as nice as this one. You will be happy if you choose to live here.
