I was extremely disapointed in the lack of friendliness of the office staff. I went to view the apartments at this property and was greeted by rude and inconvienced behaving staff. I would have loved to live at this beautiful property but because of the ladies in the office, I rented at another location that was unfortunately not quite as beautiful and slightly older.

This place is really pretty on the outside but it's full of drugs!!!! The office staff is well aware of this too!!!

This is from a member of the office staff - if we were aware of any kind of drug use going on in our community, it would NOT be tolerated. We take pride in our property, and the safety of our residents is first. We would hope any residents who felt like this would feel comfortable enough to voice this kind of concern. I live on property with my child and can assure you I would not if this was a concern of mine. The office staff is very personable, and we treat our residents like family. Everyone has their off days and we appologize if you felt like we were inconvenienced by your presence, as that typically is not the case.

I live in this Apt. Community also and i feel safe and the office staff is as nice as they come. I was greeted with professionalism from the moment I came and looked at this property. If there was a problem with drugs or any other type of safety issue I believe it would be resolved and corrected promptly. The office staff has been nothing but nice to me and the other residents. They have taken us all in with open arms and they are all are friends.

No, the office staff is not overly friendly when they are showing apartments, but please keep in mind that they are running a business. They probably show apartments MANY times a day and do not have time to chat for extended periods of time with potential renters. I actually prefer managers that are not overly friendly, because I am renting to live somewhere, not to make friends with the staff.
